- The fee established by Ohio Revised Code is $ 2.00/page plus a self addressed stamped envelope. Pre-payment is required.
- Please include your name, address and phone number when making requests in case it is necessary to contact you for additional information.
- All requests by phone, fax or email are processed in the order received, within a reasonable length of time required for processing. You will be notified of the cost when the documents are located.

- The complete index of Recorder documents is on record from the year 1807-to-present. All public documents on record in the Miami County Recorder’s Office may be viewed free-of-charge in the office during the business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm).
- Temporary Copy Accounts are provided for searching and copying documents. Payment is due when copies are printed.
- Document copy fees are $.05/page using temporary copy accounts.
